“Gael assisted us. Appreciate it. He gave us free early check in. Airport is nearby so the living room wasnt entirely soundproof. The bedroom was however. Just outside downtown and little italy so taxi isn't too much. But just out of the way from being in the middle of that craziness of the city. On site parking for a fee. Standard prices. “I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars”

“Next level great stay in Santa Barbra. Everything about this hotel was perfect and so easy to make happen. They thought of everything a guest would need and I’m totally blown away with all of the details to make us feel like we were in a guest house not just a hotel.
