“The room was peaceful and well-maintained, with the twin bed layout providing a unique and personalized space. The bathroom cleverly tucked between the two beds offered a nice sense of privacy. However, I did feel the overall security could be improved. The standard door lock felt a bit lacking in providing a strong sense of safety and protection. “Is managed by the bowling club next door, which has very friendly staff and offers very good quality for money dining options. The room itself is extremely basic, and there are no breakfast options at walkable distance. More generally foster is a beautiful location, but with everything closing very early... after 8pm is hard to find any place to eat that is not fast food.”

“The house was great and in an amazing location. There were a few niggly things that could have made our stay more comfortable though. The circuit in the room downstairs kept switching off during the night so the fan kept turning off which made for a very uncomfortable stay for one of the families we were with. I messaged the house manager and he advised it was a known issue, they just didn’t know what was tripping the circuit. It would have been nice to have been told this before or offered……
