“The staff is exceptional! From the room maids, to the staff at the restaurants, to the bar tenders, to the room service, to the pool guys - 5 star service!! The rooms and entire facility was always clean and modern! Be sure to rent a car if you don't get all-inclusive! Only advice is to have more activities engaging the people that want a bit of a "party" atmosphere during the day!”

The pools are incredible. The beach is awesome. I just can’t say enough great things about this place and we look forward to coming back!”

“Nice, spacious, very comfortable room and bathroom. Balcony had beautiful scenic views. A/C could have worked a bit better but understandable due to the high heat and humidity of the rainforest. Highly recommend doing the boat ride to see and feed the monkeys. Great experience!”
