“Super friendly staff. Nice breakfest. We arrived late after 9pm and kitchen staff was still willing to fix us a great dinner with dessert. We stayed in room 1. Top floor, big room with two large beds. We were going to Gili island next day, and the location was exellent because the Padang bai harbour was only 10minutes away. Absolutely would recommend!”

“We had a great stay at Harmony Guest House. We arrived late in the evening and had a smooth checkin. Our room was as described in the pictures on Expedia. The staff were lovely and breakfast was tasty. This is a basic hotel and had everything we needed for an overnight stay before catching a ferry to the Gili Islands. The price per night is low, so wasn’t expecting a five star resort. It is clean, but basic and staff are lovely. Recommend for an overnight stay. ”

“The staff is not really prompt in responses, we usually had to wait for a while before they were back to us. Our room is out of electricity and they were not able to offer the same room type which we believe that the electricity problem already occurred before our arrival. Besides, since we have pre-specified that we are 3 people when we ordered, we only got a double bed and additional bed had to be paid for. However, the staff were generally friendly. If you are really interested in the tourist……
