“Our party of 4 adults stayed here for 3 nights. The cottage was exactly as it appeared in the pictures! The welcome amenities were so kind and the history provided about the cottage was fascinating. The kitchen was well stocked, but we didn’t do any cooking because of how many amazing restaurants are in Padstow. This cottage couldn’t have a more perfect location - the nearest pub is probably only 50 steps from the front door! The car park was really close which was also fantastic because Padstow……

“Lovely property! all you could want or need from a holiday let. Everything high quality from glasses to bed linen. Perfect location with a short walk into Padstow. Highlights of our holiday; early morning walks into Padstow, coffee from Rick Stein's coffee shop and sitting on a bench by the harbour watching the town wake up. 2 hour Sealife boat trip, Cycling along the Camel trail to a beautiful tea room near Bodmin, Walking to Hawkers Bay for an early evening beach BBQ and having fun in the surf……

“A beautiful cottage in a great location. Excellent facilities for cooking our Christmas dinner. We were a group of four adults, (family) 2 couples, it was ideal for our Christmas break, with two bathrooms and bedrooms. When electricity went off, the caretaker had maintenance with us within the hour, very impressive! and it was resolved. An amazing week, thank you.”

“Whilst new furniture in lounge/dining room, very outdated décor. Did report to caretaker handrail/bannister loose and stated there was a hairdryer in main bedroom on line but there was not fortunately I had brought my own. We had a lot of rain and also reported that gutters need clearing or repairing as overflowing, especially at the front of the house it was all damp by the front door outside. If this were my property I would want it sorted asap as this will cause damage. Separate shower room……
