“A wonderful property enjoying spectacular views of the ever-changing waters of the River Camel. The open-plan living space is vast, well-equipped and flooded with natural light - a great place to hang out en masse. The dogs enjoyed basking in the enclosed and sunny garden. Inchmerry is far enough out to be peaceful and yet a flat, scenic 10-minute stroll takes you straight to the centre of Padstow, courtesy of having the Camel Trail on the doorstep. ”

“I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed ”

“Perfect place for our family to stay over May Day. Plenty of room for everyone to relax after a long day of walks and beaches.close enough to town, but far enough away to avoid the May Day chaos when we were tired. Lovely gardens!”

“Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink.……

“The bungalow was everything we could have asked for. 4 lovely size bedrooms with a large kitchen/diner and a nice cosy living room. Location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and some lovely cliff top walks, also some fields close by where we could walk the dogs off the lead. A short drive into Padstow and other towns. The local pub is also a very nice spot for some great food and lovely spot to watch the sun go down. Would highly recommend this property! ”

“Location was excellent. Once we found it!!! Communication was poor thru vrbo app on access details. Bring your own tea, coffee milk as required. Heating not operating tv ( not there for that) that wasn’t working either, not a biggie but details count. Overall good value for money. ”
