"I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :("

Jessica made the stay a success!

"Our stay was a very good one because Jessica a staff member. There was a mixup when we made the reservation thru Hotel.com, and she was extremely helpful and did an excellent job and made sure we had a place to spend the night. So because of Jessica our stay at Pagosa Lodge was great for the 5 humans ..."

Nice clean and quiet rooms

"Nice clean rooms. Nice to find a hotel that has “no pet allowed” rooms. Clean lobby. Efficient check in. Only issue we had was a low water pressure situation in the morning when trying to shower on August 9."
