“1) Check-in counter cannot find my booking and full payment through Hotels.com, it took us around 20 mins to check in by filling up lots of forms and waiting... so bad experience for check-in. 2) Hotel assigned a room which was not pre-checked and not ready for move-in to us - no slipper and not clean enough on the table. Later, hotel staff rang the doorbell and requested loudly outside for coming in to check the fridge. How come they did not check up the room before guest moves in? it's Not……

“The accommodation was clean. Overall the buildings are getting old but could have had a paint refresh recently. Gardens outside needed a large clean up.
