I rate it "Average" because privacy can be compromised due to uninsulated walls between rooms, and you can practically hear conversations from the next room. It became too noisy throughout my stay, and I didn't experience much of "Quiet Time" due to the noise from the two adjoining rooms. ”

“It was crystal clean inside the property.Location was closer to the turtle beach. Quiet neighborhood. Though this is an older property, it was renovated to the best. All upgraded appliances worked as expected and TVs in bedrooms too. An elevator would be a nice addition, we had to carry all our big luggages to the 2nd floor through stairs.The HOA could put some effort to keep the outside of the property painted and maintain clean walls. ”
