“The house is very comfortable and Patricia was very quick to respond if we had any questions.”

“We had 13 in our family group ranging from 4 months to 83, 4 generations for the long labor day weekend. As other reviews mentioned, the property was beautiful! We had plenty of space for everyone. The patio was wonderful, we had warm weather and was able to use the pool some, it was a little chilly due to the cold spell we had but, the kiddos loved it. “This place was lovely. It was very warm and welcoming for our visit. We initially booked for (4)days but after our son got all checked into his dorm. We decided to leave a day earlier. Checking in and out was very easy. I would definitely rent again. Thank you for having us. ”

“Had a great time at the house! We were in town for the Bourbon trail and Keeneland. The house was perfect for our group of 8 and remote enough that we got a great bang for our buck while still being able to get a bus for the bourbon trail. Plenty of room for people to sleep and the game room was really cool. The Captain’s quarters (master bedroom) was amazing! I’d definitely stay again. ”

“This past weekend me and 11 other friends of mine ran in the RAGNAR Bourbon Chase. We used this VRBO as a shower/sleeping spot for us during the overnight hours of the 200ish mile run. 6 of us were at the house at one time in shifts. Debbie was so nice she made sure we had fresh towels between our groups and the house was very nice. If you have ever done the Bourbon Chase you know how nice it is to have a shower and a bed to sleep in, even if it is only for 2 hours. Thanks again Debbie!”

“Berea was the middle point for a friend and I to meet up, and this house was perfect for us. It even accommodated my pup. The fenced in backyard was so nice and the house was on a dead end street with a trail at the end that led to a dog park. Despite the heat, we walked that multiple times. Krystin was super responsive, and had a treat out for the pup when we arrived. Would recommend!!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Lake Break in a No Wake. It was all we expected. Great view. Peaceful and beautiful.My adult son and his girlfriend loved it. Going down to the private dock and kayaking every day. Our dog loved sitting on the deck with us and looking at the view.Accommodations were excellent. And our host Anessa was great to deal with. Very responsive. Would book another stay without hesitation. ”
