“We were able to stay a long weekend with our family that now has all young adults. Loved the house - it was the perfect size for the 5 of us, and had everything we could need. Dock was amazing for watching the sunrise and sunset, and Cape Charles was a quick drive for dinner and some shopping. Hope to come back for a longer stay!”

“We had an absolute blast over Memorial Day weekend! The house was the perfect getaway — peaceful, relaxing, and full of little adventures. The pier was a highlight for us. We caught 3 stingrays, 2 eels, fish, crab, and even oysters — such a fun variety that kept us on our toes!It was also such a treat to bring our dogs along and include our fur family in the fun. We enjoyed dinner every night in the screened-in patio and sipped coffee each morning on the upstairs deck — just the kind of relaxing……

“We celebrated our anniversary in Cape Charles for a week and stayed in the “Fisherman” unit. The property and home itself were well maintained and cared for. We enjoyed tiny livin for the week and would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone marking a trip to the eastern shore. It may not be directly in the heart of Cape Charles like other properties but that is completely fine, the “community” feel definitely makes up for it. Eric & Sylvia we’re excellent people as well. “Where to even begin with Sunset Dunes? My wife and I chose this rental to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and we couldnt be more happy with that choice. Its overwhelming to even begin describing how amazing this property is. Form the beautiful beach to the amazing forest and the incredible house that ties it all together. “We had the best first time in Cape Charles! Our house as my 17 year old said was like the house the movie the Notebook! Tucked away on a quiet street and o secluded. House was clean. Hosts were so responsive when we had a quick question. While it wasn’t on the beach it took no time to get to the beach the brewery and the grocery store. We had so much fun. We are looking at coming back next summer and almost 100 percent sure to this house. Might be our new favorite vacation house!”

“This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and historic. Mr. Hawkins has taken this historic slice of old Americana and turned it into the most charming little vacation rental property. Mind you, it's small (hence the name tiny) but perfect for a single, couple, or even with a child. The cottage is as cute inside as outside. Whomever did the decorating is very creative. The owner lives nearby and is very attentive to every need, yet leaves you……

“Our second time staying at the house. We absolutely love the property and all its surrounding wildlife. Enjoyed spending time hiking, fishing, crabbing, and watching eagles flying over the water. The house is clean and well stocked, and the game room is a great place to spend time in the evenings or rainy days. The hosts are attentive and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again!”
