“Location: House is on the second street back from the beach and a short walk to a main access point. The house is on an elevated section, so the driveway is on an incline. You can park on a pad at street level or at the top, and in the garage. House is in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to beach eateries, shopping, activities and landmarks.House: Nice, clean layout with two bedrooms and a full bath on the first level and a master bedroom, and one and a half baths on the second level. ……

Property was as described, only minor negative was the lack of silverware, dishes and traditional coffee pot and holes under the fence if you bring a dog, wasn’t a issue for us as we did not leave her unattended outside. “They house is in a great location. Woke up in the morning coffee on the patio and watched dolphins.Problem is the photos and descriptions are dated. Landscaping is a mess, have to step around a cactus to get to boat dock. need your shoes for dock as the wood is rotting badly. TV on patio, screen is burnt in the right with a line going straight through the screen also. Grill is rusted out and burners are falling off. Not safe in my opinion. Furniture very dated, not real comfortable. Refrigerator……
