“My family absolutely loved our stay. The house is clean, beautiful and well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was very helpful to have the outdoor shower, beach chairs and umbrella. The area was perfect for our family...quiet yet plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this home!”

“I had a great stay at this property! The place was spotlessly clean from top to bottom, which made settling in really easy. It’s a decent size, providing enough space to feel comfortable without being too large. The upgrades to the property were noticeable and added a nice modern touch.The only small issue was with the mattress covers/bed sheets – they could use a bit of attention, they were not changed from the previous stay as there were pet hair present on them. , . “My wife and I celebrate our wedding anniversary here. Very clean, great neighborhood, and not too far from anything you’d want to do in St. Augustine! Property manager communicated with us from Day 1 and the check in was very easy! Would stay here again!”

“This property had 2 positives. Location and it was clean. Sorta run down outside. No where to put anything down in bath room or bedroom. Pretty small in bath and bedroom. Heard lots of dogs barking in the place but luckily not at night much. Upstairs guest was really noisy at 3-4 am. So not a lot of sleep. Enjoyed the beach location. Parking was a bit of an issue. Hard to park and some guests were taking 2 spots. ”

“Tasteful studio with fantastic ocean view from the balcony. Kitchenette with everything you need. Easy parking and an elevator. The hosts are very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Close to restaurants, stores and Publix. ”

“So awesome being steps away from a nearly deserted beach! The dogs had a blast in the waves. Great ice cream just a walk down the road. The place had everything we needed to just fully unwind.”

“When we checked in, we went to our room where the balcony had bird poo everywhere and we cleaned ourselves the next day. We did not know the pool closed at ten which was a disappointment as my husband and i like to relax by the pool in the evening and watch the ocean and enjoy the atmosphere. The laundry room even closed at 10pm which is hard to do by then when you have kids with you that need tended to before a certain time running laundry past 10pm. Cops showed up one day with forensics about……
