“You can tell owner cares about your comfort. Building has some hurricane damage which has pool closed. But who goes to beach for the pool! Truly enjoyed our stay! Shopping accross street. ”

“The location was amazing. Our room was quaint and clean. Perfect for what we needed. Being so close to the ocean was more than we could have asked for. We loved our stay so much we didnt want to leave! I would come back over and over. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“When I went the amenities were still closed and parking is a little inconvenient but they just finished repaving the lot and it should be open in the next few days looks like so parking should be better soon. The room overall was really good. The bed was comfortable the view is amazing and if you like good water pressure then you will LOVE the shower. I’ve never had a shower with that much pressure at a condo or hotel it was awesome. The owner gives you plenty of toilet paper tissues soaps……

“Convenient and clean!”

“We had a great time and the property manager could not have been nicer! There were a couple of things not working, but nothing major and nothing that was a problem over all. Pros: the location is walking distance from everything; beach, spas, shops, restaurants. Perfect! The setting is quaint and well taken care of. Cons: The sheets and covers were still damp when we arrived. We just dryed them and they were fine. The a/c is controlled via WiFi by the owner so you have to text him if you want it……

“Property should be condemned. Going through massive renovation until July. Closed pool, gym, no access to beach, no laundry, parking a half mile away along with another half mile hike t the elevator. Apt had toe nail clippings on the floor. The only thing that was right was the price and location. Would not recommend to anyone ”

“Overall, it was a genuinely lovely stay as there was free parking on the property, it was right across from the beach, and it was plenty of space for my boyfriend and I. The only things were that it did not have a microwave but it had a mini fridge, so it was difficult to heat things up should we need to, and there was no washing machine that we could find like it said in the listing. If it happened to be in another area on the property, we were not mad aware and could not get in contact with……
