“The condo was perfect for us. Third story view of the beach so we could take pictures and walk on the beach every morning. The unit was super clean, decorated nicely and close to many attractions.”

“The unit is small. The view is beautiful. Easy walk from third floor to the beach. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Wasn’t expecting clean towels on day two. Faucets a little tricky but good hot water. Location away from crowds was good for us. Quite atmosphere. Lots of pets but all well mannered. Nice wide beach area. ”

“First class from beginning to end. Host quickly establishes communication as soon as you reserve. The check in and out process is clear and easy. The property is better than the listing describes. The condo is directly on a great section of the beach. The pool was a little cold during our stay because the condo shades it in the afternoon. Nobody cares about the pool temperature when the beach is perfect. Thank you for letting my family enjoy your property. We look forward to visiting again next……

“My family and I had a very relaxing stay. My husband and son surfed almost everyday. Great spot. The kitchen had everything we needed to put together a nice Easter dinner. We enjoyed the barbecue suggestion by the owners and it was very good. Place was very comfortable. It has a tennis/pickle ball court and grill stations in front that were brand new. The owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. We are real happy with the property and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you……

“We stayed at this condo for two weeks and we loved everything about it.The views of the ocean from the patio are incredible and we spent every moment we weren’t out and about doing something there, watching sunrises, sunsets, surfers and rolling waves.The condo is perfectly located between many attractions, restaurants and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Our host, Deena, was awesome and made sure we were having a good time and checked in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely……

“Perfect for what we needed. Small place but very cute. My only suggestion would be that the door needs a deadbolt lock. Just having the basic lock did not seem very safe. ”

“First impression was not good because of the stair well but the place was awesome. The first thing we saw as we walked in was the beautiful view of the ocean. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen was well equipped. Could probably use a little updating but not bad.Beds we're comfy and plenty of furniture. The glass table should be replaced. Several of us bumped into it. My son cut his leg pretty bad on it. And the only other complaint is that the sinks and tubs drained very,……
