“This is a very small unit, comfortable for 2. Beautiful view from the balcony. Convenient to downtown St. Augustine.The numbers on the entry key pad are very difficult to see and read. The 2 a/c units keep the cool.”

“My wife and I have stayed at Greg & Angie's unit twice before and we are always pleased with our experience. Checking in is very easy, communication with them has always been top-notch, and the unit itself is immaculate! We will definitely be staying again sometime next summer. We've been informed the the pools, parking garage, and other amenities are planned to be up and running by then. Fingers crossed!”

“The front gate process could be streamlined but I do appreciate the security. The condo was on the 3rd floor, and very easy to get to. I very much loved the location just make sure to grab some ice before you get to the condo. There are no stores around, just FYI. Overall I will be booking this place again. Communication was easy. Thank you ”

“The condo was perfect for our girls trip! The owner was very responsive and clear with her instructions. We enjoyed using both pools and it was very easy to access the beach! We would definitely return in the future :) only recommendation would be for an additional mirror in the common area! Otherwise the place was perfect! ”

“Townhouse was decorated beach style and very nice furniture , fluffy towels , beach chairs/ umbrellas , beach toys, every kitchen utensil needed , comfy beds , extra fans in every room , extra hairdryers . Overall the condo was great. The only thing is my dad has bad knees and I felt really bad him climbing the stairs. Also the beach access is walking distance but also has a lot of stairs if your traveling with kids , take a beach buggy. You can drive on the beach if you have a 4 wheel drive. ”
