“The place is cute and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were spanking clean and freshly painted. I love that it had full appliances, sink, fridge and microwave, even plates, glasses and dish soap!Two TVs for a one bedroom unit which is nice. The only thing I would add is an extractor fan in the bathroom and a hanging armuoir (sp) since there is no closet. I would definitely come back!”

“The unit was beautiful, along with the the pool on the ocean. Amy was very helpful and responsive. The only criticism would be that the beach chairs were almost unusable and should be replaced.We would definitely rent again. Thank you Amy.”

When we encountered weather-related travel delays up north, I reached out to him, and he responded immediately with reassurance and assistance.”

“The property was lovely and there was room for all 10 of us. The bunk area is open and attached to the kitchen area. We had to be especially quiet when the little ones went to bed. The living areas were very spacious and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. We also enjoyed the Cinnamon Beach Resort Pools. The pools were heated and there was one especially for children with a play area that they loved. We were 40 minutes or so from St. Augustine and took in the St. Augustine Nights of……
