“Wir haben uns bei der Buchung bewusst für das Hotel entschieden, weil wir einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub genießen wollten. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartung, was die Herzlichkeit des gesamten Personals, Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit erwartungsgemäß getroffen. Der kleine Fitnessraum und die Sauna runden unseren Aufenthalt ab. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und wissen jetzt schon, dass wir definitiv nicht das letzte Mal hier waren. ”

“The regular hotel rooms are dated but functional, I can’t speak for the rooms exclusive to Priviledge Members. The hotel could do with an overall lifecycle facelift. That being said, the layout, outdoor facilities and the design of the building is beautiful and the staff/service were excellent, very thoughtful, friendly and welcoming. We had half board and only ate in the betancuria where food was 7/10 with some good variety. We did see cockroaches here and there but I guess that’s due to the……

“Great for a week, Pool needs some TLC and more windproof umbrellas around the pool are needed. The lifeguard and his music were great.All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good, the drink menu for All Inclusive is very basic.”

“Bell'hotel con 3 piscine con giusta temperatura dell'acqua. Al Ristorante si mangia bene e c'è una bella scelta. Spa non provata purtroppo a pagamento anche se c'è una piscina coperta con una vasca idromassaggio gratis. Qualche rumore di troppo dai corridoi a causa dell'eco”
