“My friends and I chose to stay in Salinas because it's centrally located to Pinnacles National Park, Monterey, and Santa Cruz. The house was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. “My family and I had the pleasure of staying in Michael and Dawna's beautiful home for a few nights and we couldn't have been more pleased. We were visiting family throughout the Bay Area and despite the home being a bit remote, it was within a good distance of Morgan Hill, San Jose, Half Moon Bay, etc. I am quite opposed to modern architecture so naturally, I was delighted by the home. “We spent two nights here as a family while visiting the area in March of 2025. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to a grocery store and restaurants. Easy drive to Monterey or other nearby areas in the Salinas valley. Although the house itself is small (a “casita” after all) the 3 bedrooms are surprisingly large and even have closets (plus one has a half bath). The backyard is enchanting and relaxing. Grace is an excellent and thoughtful host and everything was in order when we arrived.……

“Sean and Wendy are wonderful hosts. They are friendly and had good communication with us. Their home worked great for our staff planning retreat of 8 (6 adults and 2 children). The home is well cared for, plenty of space, comfortable beds and a nicely supplied kitchen. We appreciated the larger dining room table and family room that fit us all. Oh, and bonus - the sunsets were amazing! ”
