“Great service, 24hr check in, friendly helpful staff that spoke English. Room was really clean and well decorated with air con and a comfortable bed. Easy parking available and a great location close to the pier.”
“We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app).
We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep.
The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to……
