“We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app). We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to……

“Hotel staff unable to find my online booking as confirmed by Expedia. After over 20 minutes then they managed to solved it. Gave me an unclean room then when i complaint they move me to another room.”
