“I wish you could leave 10 stars - we had an amazing stay! The property was even more beautiful that the photos. The lanai extends to a grassy yard, perfect for our daughter to run around. The beach is maybe 50 steps away but the property feels very private. Easy to walk to and set up for the beach. They even had an umbrella, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, sand toys and coolers to use. “Overall, the condo is nice. The specific development is old and showing its age. This condo has a lot of pre furnished kitchen, bath, and laundry items- so you don’t need to hustle to the store first day/night. Plenty of beach supplies. Enough cooking pots, pans, utensils to cook. This unit uses traditional door keys. Located top (2nd) floor, so at least 2-4 sets of stairs to navigate. We felt safe the whole time. Host was communicating well and ensured we had a good trip. Nice welcome……

“These are older condos that show some wear and tear but that’s doctors the close proximity to the ocean. Sea water and salt over years. With that being said, probably one of the best stays in Hawaii we ever had. We have stayed in 4-5 star hotels and they are amazing, however for the location and parking and no resort fees, this is the place on Kauai. “This was a very convenient place to stay in Poipu! Easy access to everything. The home was very clean and had nice newer finishes. We had everything we needed for our week. “The view from the balcony is incredible. We enjoyed wonderful sunsets in the evening and saw numerous whales, dolphins and turtles during the day. You have an amazing view all the way down the coast, and you can even see the Spouting Horn in the distance.
