“We were worried about the reviews about the temperature, but they kindly offered fans. A hiccup the first night- the master was 81 degrees. They were super responsive and helpful and sent someone over quickly and when we got home from dinner the temp was 72!! I learned a few tricks too- close the bathroom and closet doors, keeps lights to a minimum and shades closed. No problem and I am a hot sleeper! The decor is high end and very comfortable. Ocean view amazing. Sheraton beach a 5 minute walk……

“I loved this property. It was exactly like the photos, only better. We had lots of space for the five of us, and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed. The lanai had a lovely view of the pool area. The saltwater pool was so warm and inviting, and the way it's situated you are protected from the high breezes. It was a 5-7 minute walk to Brenneke's and Poipu Beach on a lovely walking path, and a different path had a 10-minute walk to Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt. the……

“The Regency Villas 3 bedroom property is well-furnished, large, and comfortable. We were surprised by how complete and extensive the beach items were: many towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and a large folding cart to put everything in. Poipu and Brennecke’s are a close walk along a pretty path and well maintained grounds. The pool is good sized for family recreation but not for laps. The kitchen is more than sufficient if one wants to cook. Staff are available by text and very helpful.……
