“Overall, the stay was enjoyable—beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Definitely ticked the boxes for comfort. However, a few things could be improved. There wasn’t a good range of late-night snacks, and nothing could be ordered after 9pm. “Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. “My family live in Glen Waverley, so we staying here is very convenient. The Glen shopping center, Metro station, bus station & some restaurants are very close with hotel. The hotel facilities are also very good and clean, but there are not enough Body Wash and toilet paper (I stayed 9 nights). Also, I can’t access the Wi-Fi. Anyway, I will stay here again.”
