“1. Hotel has an in-house restaurant and a menu of options at reasonable prices (we had dinner having arrived late in the afternoon)
2. Hotel has a private beach area (next to the lake) with sun lounges and umbrellas
3. The room space and bathroom are generous and was sufficient for 2 guests, each travelling with a medium-sized suitcase
4. Small bar fridge to keep food/drinks cold
5. External balcony with seating for 2 people
6. Free parking onsite

“A lovely little hotel for our first night in Croatia. We wanted a place not too far from Zadar airport on the way to Plitvice. The hotel was perfect as it is newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable and furnished to a high spec though a chair would have been appreciated. We had time for a lovely walk along the river to a waterfall then enjoyed an excellent pizza and beer at the hotel overlooking the river. The drive from the hotel to Plitvice is stunning.”
“Appartement bien conçu; agréable et bien placé près de la mer même si nous n’avions pas la vue mer.
Mais … on regrette l’absence même d’une éponge à la cuisine et de produit de vaisselle. Pour 2 nuits nous n’avons pas ce matériel. ”
