“It is comfortable and every room got a view of the ocean, you can see the sunset everyday, that's a plus. The room is clean and spacious, we have two people and somehow there are two beds in our room, one king and one twin, but there is still lots of space. They only have two pools and a beach now, as the others (tennis court, waterslides or water park) were destroyed by the storm last fall. “We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt but I wasn’t excited about the extra fees you charge for early check in when I checked out hours earlier than your usual check out time. The pool bar staff were very friendly and excited to greet guests and were enthusiastic in preparing your drinks. Housekeeping rules were not laid out so it was confusing to come home to no towels and trash to find out the rooms are not kept daily.
