“Very comfortable place, with polite staff.”

“Nice hotel with great condition and friendly staff. However, the room cleaning was not very good. When I asked for anything they bring it fast. But there was a day when I put a card for cleaning the room but it didnt get cleaned. Other than that everything was great. ”

“Im Canadian and this was my first time in astana. The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. For the price, I have zero complaints and am very happy. Id stay here again, I dont mind that its a bit old, it has character and there is lots of cheap food walking distance. ”

“Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)”

“Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Large and spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses, the room has towels, robes, slippers, toothbrushes, shampoos, shower gel. The sofa folds out into full size bed. Chic buffet breakfasts with a large selection of dishes on the open roof terrace with a panoramic view of the city Quite a large swimming pool with chlorine-free water, hammam and sauna, open from 10:00 to 22:00. ”
