“Apart from we had a problem checking in when we arrived late at 7:30pm and the staff are off from work already. We called the hotline and the problem is solved by the patient staff teaching us how to do self-check-in step by step. and later on we found out that they have actually sent us an email beforehand teaching how to self-check-in. so, dont forget to check your email if you gonna arrive after 6pm. everything else is perfect! clean and neat and tidy, as comfy as your own home! highly……

“I absolutely adored this hotel! The guys who own it are very kind, knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming and their hotel is wonderful! I was in room 18, and it was so cozy and decorated great, very comfortable and just plain really cool. To sum it up, even though I was in a foreign country, with foreign people, a foreign language, with foreign foods and culture, this hotel made me feel right at home! A+++++”

“Although the hotel locates at the other side of the river (city centre), it only took 15 mins walk through the bridges to the city centre. It is still very convenient and I can enjoy a quiet stay. Staff are helpful, nice and friendly, and speaks very good English and I found no difficult to communicate with them and got all the information I needed. The room is just ok large enough for me to open my two very large luggage, but still clean and comfort. Overall it is good value for money. I……
