“This place is extremely impressive and was clearly made for parties. We stayed 4 nights for a 50th birthday with a mix of 12-14 friends, relatives and kids. The main house is very nice, clean, and air conditioned, and was perfect to allow kids and people wanting to go to bed earlier to get a great nights sleep and be happy. “Excellent location for a retreat or family gathering. 12/10! We loved the open space and many thoughtful details, such as the large whiteboard and fresh dry erase markers. The wifi and tech worked well. The A/C was amazingly cool, and we were there during a major heat wave. The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful, both day and night. “This charming apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. It is a very short walk to the Green CTA train station. It was a quick 25-30 minute train ride to downtown Chicago. The CTA ticket was 5 dollars a day and lets you ride all the trains and buses. There is a wonderful breakfast spot across from the train station. It is a quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. Moe was very quick to answer any questions. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. ”
