“This adorable place was small, but super well appointed. Walked to the shops, the trolley and restaurants. Easy drive to grocery stores. We stayed 3 nights and would have stayed longer if we could.”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this newly constructed loft apartment. The unit was very clean and all necessary amenities were provided. The unit was built with a lot of windows so there was a lot of natural light which we appreciated. This is one of two units that sit above a yoga studio. There wasn’t any noise from the yoga studio but parking was sometimes tight depending on the class size. The beach is a 10 minute walk and downtown is an easy 15 minute drive. “A wonderful week of sun and relaxation. The unit was beautiful, super clean, and comfortable. The views of the river with the amazing sunsets and frequent dolphin sightings made every day even better. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay (sheets, towels, etc) and having the beach chairs and beach towels for our use was an added bonus. The beds and living room area were so comfy and made the place feel like a home away from home. The pool was clean, the whole property……

“This place is a gem! It’s clean, cozy, pet friendly and in a great location. Paul is an exceptional host who goes and beyond to make his guests feel welcome and cared for. His suggestions for restaurants and activities were spot on. Our family of 3 and our 2 dogs had a wonderful stay. Flash, the resident hound is a sweetheart. The views are lovely and the sunsets are epic. The guest suite is well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. A 5 minute drive to a beautiful beach and a short drive……
