“Ik vond het vrij uniek, dat er bij aankomst. De eigenaar er netjes was, zoals afgesproken. Er ook er een fles water pakjes drinken en koffie en thee aanwezig waren. Plus afwasmiddel en een schuursponsje. Ik kon dus gelijk wat drinken, en hoefden niet gelijk naar de winkel. De ligging is super mooi, en midden in het oude centrum. Kortom een aanrader, en dat voor die prijs. Kortom geweldig.”

“Wir waren mehrmals schon im Bio Beach Boutique Hotel. Saubere Zimmer, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Team. Wir haben ein neues zu Hause gefunden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Dieses Jahr gibt es ab 18 Uhr leider keine Speisen mehr. Das finde wir sehr schade. Die Qualität im Restaurant am Abend war ebenfalls überzeugend.”

“We stayed at Civitas for 9 days and it was a wonderful experience . The location in Old Town Was the Best! We can’t say enough about the Staff, they were all so welcoming and helpful we really felt at home here . Our breakfast was amazing lovely area to enjoy the morning as well beautiful view of the harbour . If you don’t like stairs than I would recommend one of the apartments that are all on one level . Very beautiful and spacious . We will recommend this unique hotel to any friends we……

“Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite mit eigenem Whirpool und seitlichem Meerblickbalkon. Die Zimmer sind toll aufgeteilt, geräumige Glasdusche, Toilette separat, großer Balkon mit zwei super bequemen Liegesäcken, einziger Wermutstropfen: das Bett. Leider knarzte es bei jeder Bewegung, die Matratzen steinhart und durchgelegen, die müssten dringend getauscht werden. Der Whirpool ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt und richtig super. Darin zu liegen und aufs Meer oder den schönen Innenhof zu schauen ist……

“It did not have as advertised; sea view, breakfast or parking available. It took 1 1/2 hours to check in, room was not ready by 3pm and directions to site were inadequate. There is no onsite help for anything.”

“En familj på 4 (14 & 11 åringa barn) som spenderade några dagar på hotellet. Suverän bemötande och väldigt bra läge till stranden och till ”Gamlestaden”. Familjeägt hotell som sköts passionerad av hela familjen. Rekommenderas verkligen. ”

“Tres charmant hôtel bien situé au cœur de la ville. Notre chambre n’était pas très propre (cheveux dans la salle de bain, mégots de cigarettes dans un cendrier sur la terrasse) et le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement (tasse sale laissée sur le comptoir et dosettes de café non remplacées). Accueil très chaleureux et le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant.”
