“Das gesamte Personal, insbesondere die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant und am Pool, war trotz des hohen Arbeitstempos stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Inhaber des Betriebs kann stolz darauf sein, so engagierte Mitarbeiter zu haben. Die Vielfalt der Speisen war vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Pool war insgesamt ausreichend groß. Die Zimmer hatten eine angemessene Größe und verfügten über einen Balkon. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit des Hotels war auf einem guten Niveau. Das Hotel liegt etwa 4–5 Gehminuten……

“The hotel is very new. I loved the bed! The sea view room we had was amazing to wake up to. The staff are friendly, helpful and very polite. I think there are a few areas of improvement- but NOTHING bad. Our room wasn’t cleaned everyday which was a bit annoying and we didn’t like the fact there is very little space to hang your clothes. Other than that it was fabulous. We were half board and the food was lovely. Thanks to the staff who helped me when I had an issue.”

Strand ist 1‘ zu Fuß entfernt und die Altstadt von Rethymno 20‘ mit dem Auto. Einziger Nachteil: geringe Parkmöglichkeiten ”

“The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for……
