“Best place to stay in Grand Rapids!!! The staff is Awesome. Heather, at the front desk, assisted in fixing a booking issue I had recently that saved my family’s entire weekend trip to a Hockey Tournament in the area. She was absolutely Amazing, just a total Pro!!! ”

“The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. The condo was nice but it had snowed and no one attempted to clean off the front walk and stairs, that were very slippery. Also, there were two vehicles parked in from of the garage, making it difficult to park in……

“Surrounded by forest, they feed the birds and squirrels. Sauna, hot tub and pool were nice and clean. Adult only pool hours from 10 until midnight. Clean rooms. 24 hour pizza service at front desk.”

The owner/staff of the property were very easy going and we had great communication with them throughout the stay. Highly recommend this 5 cabin property for a nice weekend getaway. ”
