“As advertised this was a beautiful lake cabin/property on the north side of Rush Lake. Great accommodations, awesome lake views, perfect location and a lot of fun. We booked for a family gathering and were not disappointed. This cabin has everything. I strongly recommend this place. The new pontoon right at the end of the dock was a huge bonus.Thanks to our host for answering all our questions quickly. ”

“Location was great. We walked or biked every where we wanted to go including church. The use of the washing machine and dryer was very much appreciated. Tips to make it a 5 star...we had to buy our own hand soap for the bathroom and we filled the propane tank for grilling. The main floor bedroom could use a fan and bedside lamps. The livingroom could also use a few chairs as there was just a couch.”

“Wonderful lake view, having the pontoon was great to get out on the water and enjoy nature; my chocolate lab mix had a blast roaming around chasing her tennis balls. The landscaping on the property is beautiful, we were kept in supply of firewood for bonfires every night! The Farmhouse itself is very eclectic, quirky, and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Larry was a very very welcoming host. We will definitely be back.”

“The home was clean and what we expected. My only complaint was the dishes, pots & pans etc. There were just a couple short glass glasses & only 1 tall glass glass. Lots & lots of plastic glasses & plates & bowls. The pots & pans were aluminum thrift store quality. Whatever they could find. So update the dishes & pots & pans and get a set of nice wine glasses and some glass glasses for adults. The house , lake, and firepit were very nice I would come again.”

“This property had plenty of room for the 12 of us. The guest house was great for my son and his family who have an active 2 year old who could nap without being disturbed. The house was well stocked. The 6 grandchildren enjoyed the large circle drive where they could use their scooters. “We enjoyed our stay at the white cabin. Jeff and Lindsay are great hosts and were very responsive to questions. The fireplace was already lit when we arrived, which was very nice. There was uncertainty as to whether the pontoon would still be available in mid-October but we were fortunate that it was! My dad enjoyed being able to go out and catch some large mouth bass. We will definitely be back again!”
