“everything was perfect until I reviewed my husband’s cc statement showing the charge for the room when everything was already paid for prior to arrival ..front desk requested a cc for any additional charges and to our surprise they charge us for the room we contacted the hotel immediately and according to them they didn’t charge us but their name was on the statement. charge is under investigation. But overall was a great experience ”
