“We had a wonderful time staying at this oceanfront condo with easy access to Hammock Beach Golf.”

“I feel like I should say something negative so it will be easier for me to get the times I want next time I stay here, but I have only good things to report. I use Vrbo frequently and this is the best property I've ever stayed at. The house is just steps from the beach, but it's not a "beach house". It's a house you might find in any nice neighborhood. There's an upstairs balcony that lets you look over the ocean, and an enclosed porch downstairs. Both face east so you can enjoy the ocean……

“Spent 3 weeks at this house in March 2025. The house is very spacious and is exactly as it appears in photos. The house is located in a very quiet neighorhood but is close to shopping and restaurants. Flagler Beach is a short drive away. Communication with owner was great and he was quick to reply to any request. I would definitely choose this house if in the Palm Coast area in the future, and would recommend to family and friends. watotoreplyrequestreqwould definitely choose this house”

“We booked the home for an extended family vacation. The home was perfect - clearly Dave takes a lot of care to make sure everything is in great shape. Kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, lovely pool. Check-in was effortless and Dave was super communicative.We recommend this home and we'll certainly be coming back.”

“The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, but mostly Teflon pans. Very quiet neighborhood, with lots of deer around. We didn't use the pool, as the pump or filter wasn't working, and there was a lot of bugs, etc in the water. Host responded promptly when we contacted them. ”

“Manager was very responsive. Check-in was easy. Good location, clean linens, adequate bath supplies, well stocked kitchen, enjoyed the screened porch. Only suggestions, but not affecting our stay, new window treatments and carpet would be nicer. Also furnishings are dated. But all was comfortable .”

“Had an issue with cleanliness. There was pet hair all over the bed and I didn't notice until nighttime, but the property manager was quick to address it even at the late hour. All in all, it was fine for what I needed. ”

“Property was adequate for a short stay. Description of property was adequate. Found unit exceptionally small, for example: difficult for two people to sit at table for a takeout meal. Cooking was minimal due to lack of cooking utensils for pans….no dish towels available to dry dishes….inadequate space to leave wet dishes to dry…that type thing. ”

“Second time renting this unit from Richard. Place is ocean front, top floor and awesome views. The wife, her mom and sisters had an awesome time at Cinnamon beach. Place is well stocked, clean and Richard was always responsive to her questions& needs. Will definitely rent again. ”
