“The property was nice as described on the website. The yard needed to be cut. However, I know Florida has lots of rain. So maybe the grass grew back fast. Love that all the rooms had televisions. Was in town for a family reunion. After being out to family Events, it was nice to come back to to a home like environment instead of the hotel. Enjoyed my stay.”

“We had a relaxing 3 day stay. Nice little studio but with plenty of separation for living area, bedroom area and bathroom area. There is a partition wall to separate the sleeping area. The large shower was great and the bed was very comfy. It is in a great area to get outside and take a walk under the canopy of trees. Easy to take the dogs out for a walk too. Our host even had bowls out with fresh water for our dogs.”

“What a great location! This condo is so close to a beautiful, less crowded beach (with easy parking and bathrooms) We went July 4th and it wasn't crowded. Palm Coast considers summer their off season for crowds. You can go to ground level and shop or eat. We enjoyed The Turtle Shack for dinner. The condo was perfect. Its a lttle smaller than some units in building but has good layout and everything you need. You have acess to parking space in parking garage to stay dry in rain and space is……

“Nicely decorated and equipped unit. Everything was as described. Easy communication with owner. We only slept there as we were with family who live in the area all day. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors in unit nextdoor. For light sleepers a white noise app would help. ”
