“We found this gem over July 4th weekend. If you are looking for a pet friendly place to stay in the heart of downtown Dunedin, this is it! Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for us and our dog. We had an outside patio with a small grassy area for a quick bathroom break for the pup. Incredibly convenient.They keep the grounds incredibly clean and tidy. The staff,excellent. So nice and welcoming. It’s in walking distance to everything in downtown. There is a fun beach vibe outdoor……

“Everything was great. I especially liked the bar in the lobby-a quiet option for a night cap after dinner. My husband had an espresso and I had a really lovely old fashioned. The whole staff was really sweet, easy to communicate with and the room was immaculate. I also recommend the chèvre grits. We will be back! ”

“Wonderful resort. The only problem was being put in the upstair room by the staircase that we couldnt use because of maintenance and had to walk to the other end to use the elevator. That wasnt to bad unless your hauling groceries bags up to the room. We will diffently stay again. Great location Great Staff. Housekeeping was outstanding.”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”
