“Hotel was beautiful, keith greeted us with a smile and was so helpful with anything, nothing was too much. Unfortunately the night porter was the complete opposite, think he was called adrian. It was like we was an inconvenience, he was very abrupt with the breakfast, this was ordered when we arrived, so on our last day are flight was at 5.45am, so keith explained we can have some breakfast beforing leaving, such as tea coffee, toast, pastries etc. Which was lovely, not all hotels offer this.……

“Rooms were very nice, but I believe it was over priced for what it is. Dinner and drinks were very over priced, for the quality of the food, thus why it’s so slow compared to other restaurant and bars near by. Very helpful and friendly staff. “Stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive with a few friends. Plenty of choice of foods at the restaurant and snack bar was frequently replenished during the day. Staff were friendly at all areas of the hotel. A short walk into the Palmanova resort where there was plenty of restaurant choices and a choice of shops. Would return to the hotel with family as the kids club seemed to be quite active and the pool and facilities was suffice to keep everyone entertained. ”

“- just 2mins walk to the beach, great location - 2 pools in the hotel-one for adults and one for family. Both of them are nice - a lot of choices for breakfast, but better to have it before 9.30am otherwise outdoor seats are full - the room is large, bathroom is perfect - friendly and helpful staffs, they helped us to print our boarding pass for free”
