“I took my family back to the Uvita area for our first international trip. Mark provided loads of good information and stayed in contact with us and the property manager throughout the trip to address any issues that came up. Beds were comfortable and place was fully stocked. I didn’t want to use the a/c but my family did so it came in clutch :) Great location, close to beaches. ”

“My family and I loved this place. Chris and Greg are great hosts. Greg met us to take us to the property and showed us everything at the house. I stayed with my wife and 3 daughters, ages 1 through 9 and they had a blast. Loved the pool and we saw a lot of birds, macaws, toucans, etc. we also saw and heard the monkeys. We didn’t stay there the whole time because we like adventures, but you could easily stay there the entire time. The views of this place literally made our trip. We went during……

“This property delivered all it promised and more! Highly recommended!”

“The location was very nice. Unfortunately, the towels and especially the sheets were very dirty. After we complained, we received new towels but no new sheets. The mosquito nets were broken in many places, allowing a lot of insects to get into the house. The couch was also badly damaged, but instead of replacing it, a blanket was put over it. The refrigerator is rusted on the outside. Both toilets/bathrooms couldn't be closed. Overall, unfortunately, only 5/10. ”

“Ojochal is a great town. The views at the house are fantastic and seeing the large variety of birds from the sitting area by the pool was fantastic. The property manager Dawn was very helpful and accommodation. ”

“Fantastic property with great views of the mountains and oceans. Lots of wildlife with monkeys, pizotes, macaw’s, hawks & other beautiful birds. The location was excellent. Easy access to main road with a lot of great restaurants and golf in 10 minute range. Fresh fish, fruits and vegetables also available from roadside vendors. The Infiniti pool was very rejuvinating. Our property manager Olmer was incredible. Lots of local knowledge and available for questions. ”

“Beautiful house. So clean, peaceful, modern, and spacious. Pool was fantastic and it was fun to watch the monkeys, birds, and butterflies from the yard. Convenient location to Uvita and Dominical surf spots. Definitely need high clearance 4x4 for the road to the house for easier access. We had a low 4x4 and hit a lot of rocks, ruts, and deep puddles. Path to beach is a 3 minute walk. Like many beaches in Costa Rica, this one had a bank of rocks and was hard to access at high tide. However there……
