“This was just perfect for my Academy Reunion stay! A little treacherous getting there in the dark, but the owner's instructions were right on! Location VERY convenient to all Academy events. Place was cozy and just what I needed. Property was beautiful and I even hiked right from the front door and climbed the hoodoos...highly recommend!! Gorgeous view from up there! One suggestion would be to have a small supply of paper plates/cups/untensils on hand for guest use. There were only a couple and……

“Stayed for a long weekend. Close to many great attractions in Colorado Springs area, and just a short drive to Manitou. Perfect amount of space for two people. It’s a bit closer to the other buildings than it looks in the listing photos, but it’s a very quiet area and the neighborhood is nicely tucked back into the woods while still being right by the highway to get to where you want to go. “This property is very unique and beautiful. It was just myself and my husband and we had more than enough room. This house reminded me of the Home Anole movie. It has some very unique and historic features that are really interesting. We really enjoyed playing the Bally Spinner game. The only thing I would suggest is to get new shower heads. When you are on vacation, you want a luxurious shower with great water power. ”
