“Absolutely fabulous home. Very well appointed. Super clean. Meticulous.The kitchen has everything ( more than my own) that you will need to enjoy preparing a family dinners!Every bedroom is unique and travels back in time!My guests were very comfortable. The owners have done an outstanding restoration to this beautiful home and property. The cottage is equally as lovely with two bedrooms, kitchen and bath. Great game room and a very special living area to enjoy a book and bourbon.Perfect home……

“Such a great property and host! We especially loved hiking around the property and to the picnic area. The house has everything you might need, and lots of fun things for all ages (teens to toddlers). The huge deck and fire pit were a hit with everyone. The location was convenient and close to lots of activities. We ended up needing to go to the urgent care in Palmerton (always an adventure traveling with small children), and I can vouch for the care there as well!”

“While the photographs of this riverside home are accurate, they cannot do justice to the ambience and delight experienced. Every level has its own deck and each deck has an expansive view of the river.We gathered for a small family reunion of siblings and spouses. We all had our own bedroom and bath, as well as our own floor. The house provided many areas to gather together or find space for some alone time. Whether in the expansive kitchen or one of the many decks, the house set the tone……

“The host/property manager was communicative, responsive and all around wonderful. This property was perfectly located for the sites that we were visiting around De Sales University. The property was clean and as described. I do want to note that one of the bathrooms is a half bath with no shower and that the house is nestled between two senior living buildings and a busy route 378. Wonderful stay regardless!!”

“Overall nice stay, the house had about everything you could need. We spent a lot of time down by the stream/fire pit area, very nice space to unwind. Overall cleanliness was good, floors left a little to be desired. After being in there just a couple hours anyway with bare feet had completely brown undersides of their feet. There was also no coffee pot or propane for the grills, which caused minor inconveniences but not the end of the world, just would have been nice to know. Would……

“Spent a long weekend here with my family, we loved this quiet cabin in the woods, plenty of room with skiing and tubing near by, fireplace was cozy, hot tub was amazing, kitchen was updated and well equipped, we will be back again for another get away! ”
