“Very close access to the beach, but at 19:00 gate was closed, clean room , good food. We arrived in hotel at 21:00, desk teller was unwelcoming, not anyone give water or tea, just give some hotel rules, what was shocked us: shezlongs, umbrellas, towels just in rent for €2 each every day, for use safe in room, we paid $35, we didn’t bring food , water in room ???, just need buy in hotel bar for 4time exspenciver than in any supermarkets, give just 2 bottles water in room for 9 days stay in……

“Hi all Be aware the website states all inclusive but it’s not. So we asked how much and the guy said $390 euros for dinner and lunch for two nights rip off . Apparently free parking onsite BUT you need to find free street parking yourself. Very hard to find reception and if you look like a local they have no time for you Thanks but never again ”

“The location of the place is great—if it's your first time in Alanya and you're thinking of staying near the beach, this is a good spot. The best part is the team running it: it's a family with their two kids who make everyone feel very comfortable. The issues the hotel has are typical of an older building. But the location is unbeatable! And the Turkish coffee is great too. ”

“I dont know if it was a 4 star hotel or not but if it is a 3 star hotel, then it was a great 3 star hotel. It had everything the hotel needed. Great location, polite and friendly reception staff as well as housekeeping staff. And an amazing hamam and massage experience. Its run by a family and they are so lovely. Big love to amja (uncle) and the rest of the hotel!”
