“Our issue was not with The Suites at Hershey but with the booking. We booked in February for a stay in July. Two days before we were to check in, we got a call from VRBO saying that our four-night reservation had been canceled because they couldn't reach the owner of the unit we were meant to stay in. They were able to re-book a different unit at the same property, but it was for just two nights. The communication during this process was terrible. VRBO said they would text us all the details of……

“Resort is beautiful. As for the condo we had issues that Rental Pros was made aware of. Everyone we spoke to about issues drop the ball. Room smelled pretty bad and we thought there is a no pet policy. Rob the maintenance guy even came up to verify the issue.”

“My family and I had an excellent time at The Suites at Hershey for the Thanksgiving holiday. The place was very clean and so comfortable. Equipped with all the amenities needed. The fireplace was perfect for the time of year. Location was great, close to all the attractions, outlets and restaurants. “This was clean place with easy access to the places we wanted to go for our family of 6. The road is a little busy but not too bad, you could walk to a couple places to eat.
