“I stayed in the Pop Inn with 9 of my friends for my bachelorette. It was the perfect spot - great location, plenty of space, ample parking, clean and perfectly decorated for the occasion. Would definitely recommend for other brides or just a ladies weekend at wineries! ”

“Great location and beautiful view. Came with a friend to visit wineries, but this was also super convenient to historic Charlottesville and campus with easy access to 64. Appreciated the covered parking. Not somewhere I’d recommend to anyone who has trouble with multiple flights of stairs. But a very clean and comfortable stay!”

“Our night at the Ivy Rose Cottage was cozy and charming. Nestled between Charlottesville and the Blue Ridge, the hand-built cottage amazed us with its timber framing and copper trellises. We enjoyed Dino’s pizza and marveled at the tiny water closet where knees nearly touched the door. The next morning, we had breakfast overlooking the misty garden—truly a peaceful and beautiful start to the day. Mary is also an excellent host and check in/check-out was a breeze!”

“The property accurately matches the online description. The rooms were spacious and cozy and the location was perfect for getting downtown and around to different wineries. The living room is a bit sparse for comfortable seating and there is no communal TV. This was fine for us though as we didn’t spend much time at the house except to sleep (though some of the guys in our group would’ve appreciated it to catch some of the football games!). We had some initial bumps with the check in process and……

“The house and farm are just beautiful. We spent nearly the entire stay on the screened porch listening to the birds, watching the horses, goats, and chickens and enjoying the quiet serenity of the country. Our hosts could not have been more gracious and welcoming. We wondered around the property and soaked up the country, ate some amazing farm raised eggs, and made several excursions to nearby Monticello, antique shops, UVA, and 1799 at the Clifton for dinner. I highly recommended this beautiful……
