Great Location!
This condo was perfect in every way. It was on a low floor and close to the elevator. However, it wasn’t so close to the elevator where we could hear movement outside of the room. The online pictures were a true representation off the condo. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Would definitely like to stay in this condo again.

Total inconvenience and rip off
Where do I start?! Parking horrible, check in process HORRIBLE, can’t get a cart due to so many people, room eh, beach taken up by beach chairs that they pack you in like sardines so no breeze due to tightness of umbrellas!! Elevators a nightmare!!!! 30 min to an hour wait if you’re even lucky to get on one!!! Luckily we were on 4th floor so we took the stairs which are not air conditioned and smoldering. Will never return and we were charged waaay too much!!! We travel often and frequently to FL, totally disgusted with this resort and how unsafe it is!!!

Beautiful condo!
The condo was beautiful & the views from our balcony were amazing!! The only problem that we had with Tide Water (that will most likely keep us from ever booking there, again) is the elevators!!! The wait for the elevators is absolutely RIDICULOUS! Taking the stairs to the 4th floor isn’t too terrible if you don’t have bags/luggage/groceries, etc to carry up & down with you. However, when you have no other choice but to take the elevators, it’s a real pain. We waited over 30 minutes for an open elevator, when we were leaving/checking out. We had a huge cart filled with all of our things, plus we were all carrying bags, etc. During that 30 minute time, the elevator only opened 3 times & each time it was too full for us to get on. There were 6 elevators that we were staked out at & only 3 opened in 30 minutes 😳 We ended up unloading our cart, carrying everything down the stairs (incl the cart!) and refilling the the cart to take to our vehicle. Like I said, the resort itself is beautiful! There are 2 outdoor pools & 1 indoor pool. There’s a movie theater, game rooms, etc. It’s right on the gorgeous white sand beach, but the elevators ruin all of that, unfortunately.

Great Anniversary Trip
Our first time staying at Tidewater was excellent! The only issue we had was the uncomfortably of the bed. Other than this, we definitely enjoyed our trip.

Great Condo - Elevators were terrible
The property was really nice and clean. Everything with the actual room was good but the elevator system was terrible . I couldn’t imagine being on a higher floor - the stairs are the only access through several hours of the day. Also they charged me a “penalty” when I checked in of $50. Still don’t know what this was for

location was great but condo was just plain dirty
Condo has a decent living room area, a bunk bed area, two decent bathrooms, big master bedroom. Couch and chairs are fine in living room. The chairs for the dining table and bar are flimsy but fine. The kitchen seems like it was designed from a Dr. Seuss book but it was well stocked. Really not a bad condo except the beds and how filthy it was. - condo floor so dirty your socks were black after 5 minutes with dirt, grease, grime. This was so gross that it basically ruined the place as you can't trust anything being clean when someone leaves their floor like this. This is months of not cleaned properly. - shower wasn't cleaned well, curtain had huge mold blots - bedding - comforters were dirty and I don't think goodwill would sell them if they were donated - all mattresses were terrible, and wife/kids first complaint ever on those We contacted the owner who gave us the crappy canned response that you would expect from a bad owner. Nothing we could do as we were only there 3 nights and they would have to come in with mops/hoses and move furniture for 3 hours clean floor right. I have seen others review the dirtiness so I have learned a lesson. If you want a condo on the beach in a good location that is filthy and with really bad beds but pretty good otherwise this one is for you. And I don't feel bad about how bad the review is - the owner should be ashamed in making people pay to stay in filth.

Amazing
I think this was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Everything worked and it was very updated. It was our of the busy busy part of the beach but still only .2 miles to Pier Park. So very close to everything. Definitely will stay here again.

Location was great, elevators were a nightmare, Agent was helpful and fast responsive to issues.
Floors is 1st unit we stayed in floors were not very clean, microwave was broken but we were able to get a replacement quickly. Location is great, elevators are very busy and wait time can be long, Agent is very helpful and responsive.

Not worth the cost of condo!
The floors were greasy had to wear shoes while in condo or you would have black feet and all elevators were the worst I have ever used. I thought from the pictures this was a very nice condo, but I won't waste my money to stay here again!

First time at this property
The unit is as described. Super cute and is stocked with everything you need for a weekend get away. I’m so happy that I read the reviews because the elevator issues in this place for insane! Luckily we were on the 4th floor so we took the stairs most of the time. When we arrived the pools were filthy and had trash, food, beer bottles in them. I would recommend going out to eat. This location has a small restaurant but I’m not paying 19.00 for chicken tenders lol. The corner store of the property has a Starbucks which was nice. Over all our family had a good time and the unit was exactly what we needed.
