BEACH ACCESS
1. Tranquility on the Beach- Private Beach Access across the street from the home. Gate code found in Welcome Guide.
2. Seacrest Drive Access is on Scenic 30A at the intersection of Seacrest Drive, just a 2 minute walk from the home. A short boardwalk leads to a dune walkover high atop a bluff overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
3. Gulf Lakes Access is a South Walton County beach access (.5 mile east of the home). Small access that can be easily missed. Parking not available but easy bike ride to the beach.
HOUSE RULES
*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
*Capacity for 3 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking allowed.
*Towels and other clothing may not be hung from balcony railings.
*No parties or events.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Space must remain pet free!
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
