The unit is thoughtfully furnished with a washer and dryer, does not have any carpet, and includes complimentary upgraded Wi-Fi for your convenience.

For those looking to stay active, Tidewater features a large fitness center with a direct view of the beach, complete with a Roman Spa.
If cooking breakfast isn't on your agenda, don't fret. Simply make your way to "Waves Bar and Grill" where you can enjoy a refreshing bloody Mary and indulge in a freshly cooked breakfast. Once you're ready to embrace the sun and have some fun, head over to either of the two expansive beachfront lagoon pools, each spanning 4,300 square feet. **Limited to 3 adults and four guests total due to fire code.
**All condos have a RING doorbell outside of the unit, which only detect activity outside of the condo in the breezeway areas. These are for everyones safety and security.
**Upon arrival, guest will be required to pay a one time parking/wrist band fee of $35 plus tax. This is one time and it is NOT per person, it is per party. This covers parking passes and wrist bands.

-Must be 25 to book and check in at resort - ID will be checked at registration.
-In addition to our detailed cleaning practices, we also wash every blanket on every bed every time in between vacation rental guests. We take extra time to ensure everything is fresh and clean for your stay including using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, an antibacterial wash and dry cycle and professional grade detergent! Just in case you thought this was standard practice… many short term rentals only wash blankets once or twice a year!
