“Any five-star review is fake. This was the worst "hotel" we stayed at in all of India. Do NOT believe the photos of the nice rooms - they don't exist. Only filthy, smokey rooms falling apart. No wifi, far from the city and completely fake advertisement. Stay far, far away from this establishment. ”

“We really enjoyed our quick stay at The Orchid Retreat in Agra, India! I was surprised how close we were staying to the Taj Mahal, as we were able to walk there to get in line & buy tickets in advance online. The staff were so timely, friendly, & helpful with Taj arrangements and information. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned nicely. The food was very nice.
