“Truly magical so peaceful and beautiful my husband and I came up for his birthday it was just amazing the grounds having the deer right there in the emorning and evening it was everything we were looking for and more Sarah the host is amazing!! We cant wait to come back next year ”

“Beautiful property and house. The layout was wonderful. The house felt spacious even though it was small. The kitchen had everything we needed. The porch in back was perfect for reading. The furnishings were lovely. The proximity to Warren (2 miles) was great. The only issues were the low water pressure in the master bath shower (the large showerhead?) and a smell coming from the utility closet off of the master bedroom which we could not identify. Other than that, a perfect stay. We would like……

“This is a lovely cabin, very private location. Plenty to do there and the surrounding area. The cabin was as advertised, very clean, and well stocked. We had no problem with the lights or hot water, all worked perfectly. Would stay again.”

“Cute house, neat and tidy both inside and out. All the conveniences of home tucked away inside. The sofa bed was comfortable, and the shower area was spacious. The host responded quickly to any questions. Great location within a couple miles of the town itself. We had a great stay!”

“The cabin is very close to the sugarbush resort, hiking trails, Warren falls and area restaurants. The cabin is very clean, new, nicely decorated and well stocked. Beds were comfy and we all slept well. Very quiet area. We ended our stay relaxing in the hot tub and warming up by the fire pit. I highly recommend this cabin ”

“We could not have asked for a better setting for relaxing away from it all. Cabin was very well equipped allowing us to prepare our own meals. The location right at the water with its own beach was ideal for reading a book or casting a line. Property owners were very responsive and perfect hosts! I highly recommend this location and would return if the opportunity was to present itself. ”

“This place was magical! We booked it for just one night, to cover a gap we realized we had on our cross-country road trip. We were just happy to have a place to stay roughly in between our northern and central Vermont destinations, but it turned out this was the best rental of all. The cabin and property were both so beautiful! The screened-in back porch was so quiet and calming. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning meant we slept well. “Our stay at Tacklebox was lovely. The cabin is spotlessly clean and very cozy with thoughtful amenities you would expect at a luxury resort: a beautiful sauna, Japanese soaking tub, nice bath products, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, a firepit, 2 kayaks, a canoe, etc. Access to Lake Champlain from a private dock was easy and the view across the lake from the cabin's deck was spectacular, especially at sunset. All in all, we had a wonderful and peaceful stay at the Tacklebox.”

“The cabin is the last property on a county road - you couldn’t ask for a quieter spot! It was clean and cozy, check in was simple, and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend.”

“Wow, what a beautiful place to stay! Surrounded with Gods beautiful creation. Cabin was perfect,clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beds comfortable and cozy. The view of the lake from the kitchen table was gorgeous. We enjoyed boating on the lake , sun bathing and fishing! We also enjoyed visiting with the owners. They made sure our stay was a great one! I am very thankful for their kindness. My husband and I will be back , next time with the whole family!! ”
