“This was our first time vacationing on The Big Island after many years of visiting Oahu, Kauai and Maui. This island and THIS HOUSE were worth the wait!!! We have absolutely loved our stay enjoying the amazing view, pool, deck, house and VIBES. Dan was a wonderful host, great communication. We explored a little every day, but mainly spent time here CHILLING. So grateful, and already planning to come back! Mahalo!!!”

“This is a wonderful place and Elizabeth is very friendly and helpful. Steps from amazing snorkeling and a short drive to the place of refuge and two step. Easy drive up to Kona for nightlife if you’re interested. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are comfortable. Gets hot if there is no breeze but that’s pretty rare and you can always cool off in K Bay!”

“We came to celebrate my 50th birthday in style & stayed for 10 nights. Overall the house is very nice, with beautiful surrounding gardens and views that go on forever. Sitting on the porch with either coffee or cocktail were exceptional. Michele & Ron were quick to communicate as well. Some minor things we felt could have been better but in no way diminished the trip (Just suggestions). 1. Visitors should understand the beach is quite a ways down the VERY steep hill side. 2. “This is a beautiful place. Plenty of room for our family. 3rd bedroom does have a separate entrance but, it was fine for our older kids! Beautiful drive to get there and beautiful views. It is a drive from bigger areas but, we travelled most of the island so it was kinda in the middle. Would definitely stay there again”

“My husband and I went with our three children, son in law and our three grandkids. The house was perfect for the 9 of us. We spent a lot of time in the morning and evening on the lanai. It was so peaceful and there is Manini Beach Park where you can get in the ocean that’s about a 5 minute walk. Some mornings we would walk down Manini Beach road just a little ways and sit on the rocks and drink our coffee and watch the ocean. Dharma and Catherine were amazing caretakers. We didn’t get the……

“Our host as very accommodating and responded to anything we needed. The daylight lower apartment is nicely set up. We could see a little view of trees and the water from the small deck with a surrounding flowering garden.We were able to make meals on the hot plate and small refrigerator provided. A microwave and coffee pot is available too. The bathroom is beautiful and the bed comfortable. It was in a neighborhood, so stores are 20 to 30 minutes away. But we appreciated the quiet and snorkling……
